📄 Terms & Conditions

The RECRON terms and conditions apply to all reservations at Camping De Gouwe Stek. These will also be sent with your reservation confirmation.

Reservation & Pitch Preference

We will do our best to accommodate pitch preferences, but we cannot guarantee them.

For reservations without a specific preference, we reserve the right to allocate a pitch.

Arrival & Departure

Camping Pitches

• Check-in from 1:30 PM
• Check-out no later than 11:00 AM

Rental Accommodation

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out no later than 10:00 AM

Early check-in is not possible.

Late check-out is only possible with prior approval from reception and may incur additional charges.

Departure after the stated check-out time without prior approval is not permitted. Additional charges may apply.

If you expect to arrive after reception closing time, please inform us in advance.

After reception has closed, you may proceed directly to your pitch. Outside reception opening hours, only limited assistance is available.

Vehicles & Motorhomes

Cars are permitted on the campsite during arrival and departure.

Motorhomes longer than 6.5 metres are only permitted on designated motorhome pitches.

The motorhome pitches are hard-surfaced and suitable for larger motorhomes.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Visitors must park their vehicles in the visitor parking area.

Visitors must leave the campsite no later than 9:00 PM.

Camping guests are responsible for their visitors and must ensure that they comply with the campsite rules.

Electricity & Use

Electric heaters are not permitted.

Other heating devices are allowed provided they are safe and suitable for camping use.

Stay & Maintenance

The maximum stay is two months per season unless agreed otherwise.

For longer stays, guests are expected to keep their pitch tidy. You are responsible for mowing the grass around your camping equipment.

Quiet hours apply between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM.

Upon departure, pitches must be left clean and tidy.

Paddling Pools

Small children's paddling pools up to 1 metre in diameter and 20 cm in water depth are permitted.

Large inflatable and above-ground pools are not permitted.

The use of paddling pools is at your own risk and must not cause inconvenience to other guests.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Paddling pools must be moved at least every two days to prevent damage to the grass.

Lost Property

Lost property will be kept for a maximum of three months.

Upon request, lost property can be returned by post. Shipping and administration costs will be charged.

Cancellations

RECRON cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation charges will be applied (€49.50 plus any applicable charges).

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Other Matters

In the event of behaviour that disturbs the peace, safety or atmosphere of the campsite, we reserve the right to refuse guests or terminate their stay immediately.

We do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible and ask that you also show consideration for fellow guests.
