General Terms & Conditions – English

1. Booking & Payment

• Your reservation is confirmed only after payment and confirmation.
• Final payment due 14 days before arrival.

2. Cancellation

• Recron cancellation conditions apply.
• Cancellation fee: €49.50 + Recron costs.
• Travel insurance is recommended.

3. Stay & Responsibility

• Maximum 6 persons per pitch (including guests)
• Maximum stay: 2 months (longer only by arrangement)
• Campers >6.5 meters not allowed on regular pitches
• Visitors must be registered at reception

4. Arrival & Departure

• Check-in from 1:30 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
• For rental units: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM

5. Safety & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings
• Open fire prohibited (campfires, torches, fire pits)
• Electrical appliances max. 600 W, camping-approved only

6. Pets

• Dogs must be leashed or behind a fence; no nuisance to other guests

7. Photos & Videos

• Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the campsite

8. Other Rules

• Sanitary facilities may be temporarily closed
• Campers/caravans must follow field rules (distance to hedges, ground, etc.)
• Misbehavior may lead to removal from the site

9. Applicable Law

• Dutch law applies
• Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands
