🏕️ Arrival & departure

What time can I check in and check out?
You are welcome to arrive from 1:30 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?
In some cases, this may be possible. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

⛺ Pitches & your stay

What is the difference between a standard, comfort, and XL pitch?

  • Standard pitch: ideal for a comfortable camping stay with basic facilities
  • Comfort pitch: includes extra convenience such as water connection and drainage
  • XL pitch: more spacious, perfect if you prefer extra room 

Do you offer private sanitary facilities?
Yes — selected pitches include private sanitary units with your own bathroom.

Can I park my car at the pitch?
Cars are parked in the designated parking area.

Are electric heaters allowed?
Electric heaters above 600 watts are not permitted on the campsite.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Visitors

Can I invite visitors?
Yes, you can استقبال up to 5 visitors per day, for example during a birthday.

Visitors are kindly asked to check in at reception. A small fee applies per person and per car.

👉 This helps us maintain the relaxed and safe atmosphere on the campsite.

🔥 Safety & general rules

Are campfires allowed?
Open fires (such as campfires, fire baskets, or torches) are not allowed.
Barbecuing is permitted, as long as it is done safely and at a proper distance.

Are water balloons allowed?
No — to prevent nuisance for other guests.

Can I set up a party tent?
No, party tents or large shared structures are not allowed.

🐶 Dogs

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome — provided they are kept on a lead or close to your pitch and do not cause disturbance to other guests.

🧺 Practical & facilities

Is there WiFi on the campsite?
Yes, WiFi is available.

Do you offer a bread service?
Yes — in the low season from Saturday to Monday morning, and daily during holidays and peak periods.

Is there entertainment?
During the May and summer holidays, we organise small-scale activities for children.

Is there a covered area?
Yes, there is a covered space (kapschuur) where you can sit.

Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, there is a charging point available.

Can I rent bikes?
Bike rental is available at the campsite.

Can I use the barefoot path as a campsite guest?
The barefoot path is accessible with a ticket and during opening hours only.

🚐 Accessibility & season

Can I reach the campsite by public transport?
Yes, the campsite is accessible by public transport, followed by a short walk.

Is the campsite open all year?
During the camping season, all facilities are fully available.
In winter, stays are possible on a limited basis if you are self-sufficient.

Is reception open in winter?
Reception has limited opening hours during the winter period.

💶 Reservations & cancellation

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are possible according to our terms and conditions.
Free cancellation is not available.

Are photos or videos taken on the campsite?
Yes, during your stay, photos or videos may be taken for use on our website or social media channels.
